2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 16 require verifiable parental consent.
- You must provide accurate, complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
3. AI-Generated Content
Course content on LeoWegner (including lessons, quizzes, flashcards, and exercises) is generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy:
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- Content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
- We encourage users to report any content issues they discover.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false information or impersonate others
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute course content without permission
- Submit abusive, offensive, or inappropriate reviews
5. Intellectual Property
- AI-generated course content is the property of LeoWegner.
- Your personal data, reviews, and submitted content remain yours.
- By submitting a review, you grant LeoWegner a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
6. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time via the account deletion feature.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Upon deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
LeoWegner is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Any damages arising from the use of the platform
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the data controller's jurisdiction.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
